This South American native comes from the genus Hippeastrum. The large flowers and ease of care make this a popular flower to grow. Indoors or out this plant can thrive in temperate climates. Plant in October for blooms from December through April.

This plant usually pushes the flower spike first garnering the name “Naked Lady”. It is a popular Holiday gift for Blooms during Christmas. This variety has beautiful variegations of pink and red perfect for the holidays. Planting Period: October until the end of April.

Flowering Period:  Late December until the end of June.
Flowering time is 7-10 weeks.
Larger bulbs produce more flowers.
Always store un-planted bulbs in a cool place between 40-50 deg. F
