I normally ship within two business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) of receiving cleared payment. I ship via USPS. I try to keep shipping costs down, so in most cases I will use the least expensive form of shipping unless other shipping is requested, which may result in additional shipping charges. All fine art is sent first class and will include delivery confirmation and insurance. I recycle shipping and packaging materials whenever possible to keep handling charges at a minimum. If you live in Baker City, Oregon or the surrounding area, you may pick up your item free of charge. Please contact me for more information. International shipping will be based on weight and the country to which the item will be shipped. Buyer is responsible for custom fees. Please note that if you are an international buyer, return shipping may be more expensive than what you wish to pay. Since buyers are responsible for shipping, please consider this before you buy.
I accept money order and Paypal as payment methods. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days pass and I have not received payment or communication concerning late payment, the item will be relisted for sale.

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days for a refund of the original sale price excluding shipping. If you wait longer than 7 days from the day of receipt, I am no longer responsible for giving a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges. If the item is damaged in transit please contact me immediately so we can decide the best plan of action. Due to sanitary reasons, I cannot accept returns for earrings. If you are buying internationally, please remember that the buyer pays shipping and return shipping charges. Please note that all vintage containers are sold as empty unless specified otherwise in the item's description or photos. If a container has its original product inside, I cannot guarantee the quality, since being vintage, it is over 20 years old. Use with caution and at your own risk. I will not be held liable for issues arriving from using vintage products.
