*Beads are made of Moretti/Effetre glass, are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and thoroughly cleaned.

Usual orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment notification of sale, excluding weekends and holidays.

Made to order beads usually take up 5 - 7 business days to make. Sometimes this term is increased due to the large number of orders. I'll contact you, when they are ready.

Shipping is via Russian Post registered air mail with tracking number, which is available to track prior to delivery in most countries. Delivery can take 3 to 6 weeks.
If you haven't received your package within 30 days, please convo me. I will apply for a search. Under the international postal agreement, USPS may take up to 60 days to reply to Russian Post.

If you would like EMS, please contact me, the initial cost of expedited shipping - $ 25.
