HairBow Center ships orders within 1 business day. Items ordered by 1pm CST typically ship the same day. Orders shipping to U.S. addresses ship either USPS or FedEx Ground at our discretion.
International orders ship via FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS). While most international customers receive their orders shipped via FIMS within 1-3 weeks, please be aware that it can take up to 45 days for delivery with this economy service. Tracking for the FIMS service is only available up to FedEx's sort facility in Chicago, IL. Final delivery of FIMS packages is made by the recipient's postal service.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products you receive from our Etsy store! However, we do realize that sometimes you may purchase items you realize you do not need or you change your mind regarding your purchase.
HairBow Center does accept returns for refund. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original transaction date to receive a refund due to payment processor policies. All returned items must be unused and in original condition as received. Once your return is received by us, HairBow Center will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) within 15 days. Returned items will receive a 5% restocking fee.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are needing a different item, please return the item you do not need back to us as described above and simply place a new order for the item(s) you are needing instead.
*Original shipping costs will not be refunded in part or in whole for items returned for refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Closeout and discontinued items are not eligible for return. All sales are final on closeout and discontinued items.
