All the items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail within 3 business days after payment has been received. Custom orders may take longer.
An upgrade to Priority shipping or Express shipping and/or insurance is available upon request. Please contact us if you wish expedited shipping and a quote will be provided within 24 hours. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you along with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS will be charged 7% sales tax on purchases.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. The Package usually arrives in within 1-4 weeks but please allow 6-10 weeks for your package to arrive due to customs clearance delay.
We also offer insurance on the international packages to make sure that your package arrives safely and is not lost in the transition. If you would like an insurance please convoy me. And refund is available if insured package is lost. We do no refund lost shipment on uninsured package. We can only refund on the packages that were insured.
Please note, all taxes, customs, duty fees will be the responsibility of the buyer so please be aware of your country's customs and regulations before ordering.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We really love to see our customers enjoy our creations or our products! For this reason we endeavor to include as much information as possible about dimensions, materials and colors of our products. However, please understand that actual colors may vary from the colors on your screen due to monitor color restrictions.
In the event that you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us immediately so we can work things out as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, it can be returned for a refund minus shipping charges within the first 7 days after receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. For our repeat customer, we will take care of the restocking fees.
Item returned must not be used and in the same condition as it left our shop. It must remain folded the way you received it. Please contact me within 7 days for refund questions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any fees from Etsy and PayPal. I reserve the right to refuse refund on expensive items .
Please undestand that we do not accept return on customed orders and on fabric that was cut at the customer's request.
All cancellation request must be sent to us within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
For International shipping the customer is responsible for all charges, customs fees, taxes or duties that your country require on the item. Items held by customs it at their discretion and we cannot do anything from our end. There are no delivery confirmation for first class packages.
We do not refund lost shipment on uninsured package.
All the claims are processed after 45 days of the shipping date.
The items must be returned in their original condition (unused) and original packaging. Price of shipping will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for payment of shipping returns back to the seller.
