This listing is for a stained glass pattern book called Gifts 2 for All Occasions' by Judy Miller. It has patterns for 80 different projects such as boxes, panels, fans, business card holder, pencil holder, etc.

This books cover shows some wear but the inside pages are almost like new. This book is from my personal library and had a sticker with the letters CSG on it which I have marked over with black pen. This was to keep my students from trying to buy my book.

The pattern book will come media mail.

I ship USPS PRIORITY and FIRST CLASS mail. I usually get shipments out in 2-4 business days unless it is a custom order. All items are carefully packed. With as many orders I have had I have very few issues with items being broken.

If you are buying multiple items, the shipping is not always correct. It may also vary depending on where it is shipped to, etc. I will offer a refund if the shipping is much less than what was charged. Shipping also includes cost packing materials.

TRACKING - All my orders have a tracking number so my customers and I can keep track of where the package is. The tracking service through Etsy's new postage system is wonderful! It has helped me curb the con of a customer saying their package did not arrive and want their money back when the item DID arrive. If your package is shown as "delivered" and you have not received it please contact me ASAP. I will give you the info needed to research your package. The post office takes mail theft very seriously!

I will convo you on what day your purchase will ship and if something unforeseen comes up and there are any changes to the shipping date, I will let you know.


Payments

I accept Direct Payment through Etsy and PayPal. All sales in Tennessee will be charged sales tax. Any cancellations need to be done quickly as I am fast to get orders out. Custom orders need to be paid upfront.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Shipping glass and pottery is a risk. I try my best to pack everything to get there safely. Since 2008 I have had VERY FEW issues with breakage!!! If anything does arrive broken, you need to exchange an item, or the item did not arrive, you need to contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund or other satisfactory solution to meet your needs. You are welcome to exchange an item if you just change your mind about what you purchased, but you will need to pay the shipping charges. I try my best to present my work so you know what you are getting up front. I am willing to provide additional pictures, etc. so you know what you are getting and there is no need for an exchange or return.

BROKEN ITEMS : If an item has been broken during shipment, you need to take pictures of the ITEM. You also need to take a picture of the BOX if there is any physical damage of it. Depending on the item and the severity of the damage, I can determine if you should either return the item at my cost to be fixed, just scrap that one and I will send another one if possible, or do a refund.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED: Each order will have a USPS tracking number so we can see where the package is and if it got delivered or not. In the rare case that there is a dispute on whether the item was delivered to its destination, I will order a GPS search through the USPS which can show within 2' where the item was delivered.
