I normally ship within two business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) of receiving cleared payment. I try to keep shipping costs down, so in most cases I will use the least expensive form of shipping unless other shipping is requested, which may result in additional shipping charges. I recycle shipping and packaging materials whenever possible to keep handling charges at a minimum. If you live in Baker City, Oregon or the surrounding area, you may pick up your item free of shipping charge. Please contact me for more information. International shipping will be based on weight and the country to which the item will be shipped. Buyer is responsible for custom fees. I will not mark purchased items as "gift" as this is a federal violation; requests to do so will not be honored. Please note that if you are an international buyer, return shipping may be more expensive than what you wish to pay. Since buyers are responsible for shipping, please consider this before you buy. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Purchasing your item is your agreement to my terms of sale, whether or not you read my policies. I aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days for a refund of the original sale price excluding shipping. If you wait longer than 7 days from the day of receipt, I am no longer responsible for giving a refund or exchange. I do my best to give an accurate description of all my items, but occasionally I might miss something. Please ask for more photos and information if you have any questions. If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, which is rare but has happened, please contact me to work things out before leaving feedback. I ask that you use courtesy and give the seller the benefit of the doubt, as honest mistakes do happen. Accusations, attack on character, and threats will not be tolerated. The seller has the right to defend their character if necessary and the seller will reserve the right to report inappropriate or threatening conversation to Etsy. I will uphold my policies and you may return the item for refund according to my policy, but I reserve the right to refuse any extra treatment to a buyer who is uncivil or threatening. Unfortunately this does happen. It has been rare, but it does happen. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so we can decide the best plan of action. Due to sanitary reasons, I cannot accept returns for earrings. If you are buying internationally, please remember that the buyer pays shipping and all return shipping charges. Exceptions only include damage to the item while in transit to the buyer. If buying internationally, please note that it is a federal violation to ask a buyer to mark a package as a gift to avoid paying customs. Asking me to violate federal law will not be honored. Please note that all vintage containers are sold as empty unless specified otherwise in the item's description or photos. If a container has its original product inside, I cannot guarantee the quality, since it is over 20 years old. I strongly suggest not using vintage products. Use with caution and at your own risk. I will not be held liable for issues arriving from using vintage products.
I welcome inquiries for consignment and custom orders. Just ask, and if I can serve you, I will do my very best. My items come from a smoke-free home. I aim for fast and friendly service. Common courtesy and respectful language are encouraged between both buyer and seller. I do my best to make you happy and will do what I can to serve you.
