Vintage 12 inch dolls clothes Knitting pattern for Sindy Pattern PDF 1002 basic wardrobe winter summer and boots from WonkyZebra
A charming vintage 60s Sindy teen doll pattern-quite rare, from the Scotch Wool Shop. These became “Bellmans” , on many high streets... wonderful woolly places!
This pattern has two adorable late 60s outfits for Sindy! Simple knitting and simple shapes; but they look so stylishly retro; only Sindy could rock that “Anorak” hoodie!
Anoraks were so stylish, and useful in our damp weather; then, like many fashion items, they lost their cool so now the very word “Anorak” is used for a particularly uncool group! Thank goodness we can just call them hoodies instead!
These individual clothes have lots of design mileage if you want to develop them from the simple basics.
The little boots are especially fab- and would great mini presents for any doll fans in your circle! (Although I’m not sure Sindy feels confident they were the right foot gear for that tiny Yacht, judging by the look of her feeling for balance!)
(…and you know you want to make that pixie hoodie too!)

All my PDF patterns come with conversions UK/USA, extra freebies and my own extensive yarn notes research. (you can see this in my shop reviews).
I also support the patterns and will answer email queries-no matter how basic. I love to knit & to crochet and I want you to be able to use the patterns; I have even worked samples etc to help.
I use high resolution scans-and where I think it is needed they are reformatted [beyond just “cleaning up”]; I have used my experience of teaching knitting and crochet, so they are easier and clearer to work from. For example instructions are often amended so that all relevant bits are together on one page.
Please note, all WonkyZebra listings are for pattern instructions in English. My words in this description are written in English. If you are reading them in any other language they have been translated by ETSY software and may not accurately say what I intended. Very few of the patterns have charts, most are written instructions in English using English crochet terms.

Returns & exchanges
Because of the nature of patterns, like most pattern sellers, we do not give refunds once the pattern is sent. However we always try very hard to ensure you will be able to understand and enjoy your pattern and produce something from it.
Sometimes this will be advice and sample photographs, sometimes an alternative will be offered, at no extra charge.
Please be aware that WonkyZebra ToyPatternLand patterns are reproduced vintage patterns, while all are checked, it is possible that some instructions might be difficult to understand depending on your native language and pattern reading experience. WonkyZebra did not write the original patterns and so you may encounter an occasional construction difficultly. We will always help, using years of experience, but the original designer is not here with us.
