Most U.S. shipping will be mailed out first class and mailed within 2 business days. If you need your package shipped Priority Mail, please contact me before you purchase and I will adjust the listing. If multiple items are purchased and shipping is overcharged, I will refund excess over $1. (For example - You are charged $12, when I was able to combine for $9.50.)
I often re-use boxes and envelopes for shipping. Recycle!
As in multiple item shipping, I will refund excess over $1 for single items. Shipping materials and even different postal offices can have an effect on prices.
International shipping prices are for First Class International. Packages to Canada have been taking a week to two weeks and on occasion up to three weeks. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, etc are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not charged by, or paid for, my shop.

Please contact me if you are not paying at time of ordering. I will cancel order if no contact is made within five days.
Returns & exchanges
If for some reason you wish to return an item, please contact me. For refunds due to shipping damages, buyer must contact seller within 24 hours of receipt and supply at least a picture.
Some items are breakable. Jewelry items, such as gemstones, can break under rough situations. Bracelets and earrings are not toys, and should be treated with care.
Return costs are paid by the buyer if they change their mind after receipt.

Please note: If package is shown as "delivered" through the postal system this shop believes it as delivered. I have no control if the postal system left it for you and it is no longer there. Please check with all household members and neighbors! If this has happened to you before an additional fee for insurance can be added before item(s) are mailed. Refunds for lost packages are only issued through the postal system when items are insured.
