Peanuts beads are fun to stitch with, adding a gorgeous texture to your beading. With this peanut bead tutorial, you'll learn how to stitch a statement bracelet in a pretty double spiral pattern. While I didn't invent the double spiral, this is my take on this popular stitch using 2x4 Peanut beads.
In addition to the bracelet pattern, this is also an earring tutorial, so after you stitch your beautiful chunky bracelet you can whip up some cute matching earrings (they remind me of a bunch of grapes!)
I discovered the bracelet fits perfectly in tulip bead caps, which provide a particularly elegant finish to the spiral rope. This jewelry tutorial also provides complete instructions on how to finish your bracelet this way (though of course there are many other ways to finish your stitching.)
If you've always wanted to stitch a double spiral, these are the beading instructions for you. While the diagrams and instructions provided are for peanut beads, you can easily substitute OTHER beads to make this double spiral with any beads you choose. I tried for several years to figure out the double spiral, searching in vain for anything on the internet that would show me the steps, and finally just sat down and figured it out myself. If you've always wanted to stitch a double spiral, these are the beading instructions for you. Returns & exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Photos are taken in my portable photo studio. It is often difficult to capture the true color of the beads, especially lampworked beads and dichroic glass, but I have done my best, and have added as much description as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it, in the original package, within 7 days, for a full refund MINUS my shipping AND Etsy & PayPal fees. I recommend insuring the return, as no refund can be issued for lost or damaged items. I CANNOT accept for return any items that have been worn or used in any way.
If an item breaks within the first three months of use, due to a defect in either the materials or craftmanship, please return it to me and I will attempt to repair it. You will be responsible for any shipping fees and additional repair charges, and please be aware that I may not be able to replace lost beads! Please insure your return package!
I am not responsible if any items break due to carelessness or other factors that do not pertain to the item's materials or workmanship. It is strongly recommended that beadwoven jewelry NOT be worn during bathing, showering, and sports! It also doesn't do well in the washer and dryer (yes, someone tried this - don't ask.)
**No refund on digital items**
If you see an item you are interested in, such as a bracelet, but would like a different clasp, or have other requests, such as a change from earwires to clips, please convo me.
I enjoy putting different colors and materials together, and receive many compliments on my colorways. While this is very flattering, please understand that I choose to keep my color secrets to myself!
