The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. The cut off shipping time is 2pm Eastern Standard Time.
USPS Standard Mail: Cost: $3.95 First Item + $0.00 Each Additional Item (Insurance Included) Time in Transit: 5-7 Business Days After Item is Shipped - Not a Guaranteed Service
USPS Priority Mail upgrade - option available during the checkout. Cost: $7.05 First Item + $0.00 Each Additional Item (Insurance Included) Time in Transit: 2-4 Business Days After Item is Shipped - Not a Guaranteed Service.
Please note: if you upgrade shipping method to Priority Mail, your are upgrading shipping method, not the processing time. If you select Priority shipping, your order will not ship the same day you place your order, but it will be processed according to the processing time stated in each listing and in the order in which it was received.
I accept all major credit cards via Etsy's Direct Checkout or Pay Pal.
Returns & exchanges
Item/s may be returned for an exchange or store credit less original shipping cost. Item/s must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date and received in original condition with original packaging within 14 days from the receipt date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact me immediately to alert me about the return and you will receive return instructions.
Item/s must be packed in a hard box to protect merchandize. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot credit you for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns sent in regular envelopes will be rejected and credit will not be applied. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will not refund, cancel, replace or reimburse for items that show as delivered or are shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error. If the package is returned to us by the postal service, we can re-ship package, but customer will need to pay for the cost of re-shipment.
Please note, the following items cannot be returned:
- All Cut Chain and Wire - Custom/Special/Made to Order Items/Reserved Items/Reserved Orders With Bulk Discount - Personalized Jewelry - Earring Components - Stamping Blanks (All of our metal blanks are stamped or die struck. This type of manufacturing may leave light scratches on the surface. Since this type of scratching is normal, it is not considered a product defect. The blanks are simply supplies that require finishing touches such as deburring, tumbling and polishing).
Once payments are processed by Etsy, there are no order cancellations.
USPS Shows Package As Delivered But I Didn't Receive Anything:
Every shipment gets scanned during transport, so if the tracking number states that the package was delivered, that would be all the information that we have as well.
Here is what you can do if you believe that your mail was delivered to the wrong address or was stolen:
1. Contact your local post office and inquire about where was your package left 2. File a mail theft complaint using your tracking number at: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/investigations/MailFraud/fraudschemes/mailtheft/ReportMailTheft.aspx 3. Sign an affidavit that includes your statement at your local post office and file a claim
