When it comes to delivery of goods one needs to make sure that it reaches safely and on time. For this we use various agencies like Indian Postal Services (Normal & Express mode), Aramex, DHL, FedEx, UPS whose services will deliver packages to almost all parts of the world.

For those who prefer a more "Economical mode" we use Postal Services. We can ship to almost any place around the globe but there are certain places where some of the services wouldn’t deliver, or lengthy delays can occur.

Some countries have restrictions on the products that can be sent to them, and some may require additional customs clearances. Customers are liable for any customs fees, import duties, VAT and similar that may be charged by their country for importing goods from overseas, these are unable to be paid in advance and must be remitted to the relevant authorities within your country on their request.

On some occasions unavoidable delays may be encountered by the shipment companies due to weather, customs issues, and mode chosen by the party and other conditions which the shipment companies are unable to avoid. We are unable to be held responsible for these delays as the shipment companies do not guarantee delivery on time in the unlikely event these problems occur. When you choose Economical mode please make sure that the tracking your package couldn't be as great as the Priority shipping. We do not hold any responsibility for non-tracking of your package in the economical mode.

In case of damaged package please call the superiors of the concerned authorities, we can't do anything about the packages sent through "Sample mode (Non-Commercial)" . For more details regarding the mishandling of packages see the Insurance section.


We understand the value of every penny a buyer wants to spend over shipping prices on the package. We have by default added "Economy - Indian Postal Services / Sample mode (Non-Commercial) / 10 - 18 business days / Door-to-door delivery" for delivering all our items. If a buyer wants to upgrade it to "Priority" or send the package to them in "Commercial mode" then they can request us for the shipping quotes before purchasing the item. If they have already paid and wish to upgrade later before the package has been dispatched they can write us on "".

A. What are our processing times ?
We will send you a note once we've received your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please read the section "Order Processing for Different Shipment Modes" for more details.

B. When we can/can not ship the package to you?
We are unable to ship you on second Saturdays, National Holidays, Customs
Holidays etc. If we receive an order on Friday then your order will be shipped on the first working day of the week.

A. Will we offer insurance on all packages, or only some?

Let's first understand what "Non-Commercial" Shipment modes are:

"Non-Commercial Package" isn't routed through proper channel. i.e. it does not goes through the custom formalities other than it is scrutinized through the concerned shipping authority.

We do not provide insurance on (Non-Commercial Packages) unless a special request is made. Please write us on "" for your queries over Insurance.

Other than "Commercial Shipments" we provide Insurance only on the following modes:

If you need to insure your package, you have to let us know prior making payment. If you have already paid & wish to opt for insurance then you can send a request through e-mail on "" and we will let you know the procedure for the same.

* The Insurance amount is calculated @ 2% on the value (F.O.B value) of the items purchased.

In case of non-receipt of the package you need to intimate us after the "Estimated Delivery Time" crosses over the period mentioned for related shipping mode selected by you. Once the authorities are satisfied with their investigation & we receive the funds we will process your payment against "Lost Package".

(Please note that the funds received by us from the agency would be in our currency i.e. INR. Any exchange rate charges, processing fees for refund etc. will not be argued over). We are providing this service just because we understand the value for your time, money & interest. We are not making any money in this process.

We also don't have any argument over the cases where the dispute's arises with the delivery confirmation by the shipping agency and non-delivery of the package confirmed by the party. There will be no refund in that case.

B. What are "Commercial Shipments"

Commercial Packages are routed through a proper channel i.e. cleared through Customs. We haven't added any "Shipping Profile" with the name of "Commercial". We recommend you to opt for this package once you are interested in buying in bulk / wholesale / Items worth equal or over USD $ 500.00


We accept payment via PayPal for orders up to a value of USD 1000, and bank transfers/wire transfers for orders above this value. We will provide payment details when your order is confirmed. We are unable to accept bank cheques, personal cheques or money orders.

For custom orders we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time you place your order. Once your order is ready we will send you photographs for final approval and your invoice for the balance of your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information

Once we have received your returned items as per our policy, we will refund the amount paid for these goods within 7 working days. Please note that the refund will not include shipping & insurance charges, or the fees charged by PayPal or your banking institution while transferring the money. Any customs & re-import duties that we are charged for the return of goods will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you would prefer a credit against your account instead of a refund, to be used on future orders/exchange items, please let us know when you advise us that you wish to make a return. This will be shown in your user account as a credit balance.


Custom orders are not included in the list of Eligible items for the Returns of goods. Items which are readily available only have the virtue of returns.


What will we do if the items are lost or damaged in the mail?

If at the point of delivery you notice damage, or notice that the package has been tampered with, we request that you advise the delivery driver on receipt of possible damaged or missing goods. When you sign for the goods, make sure that it is noted that they have been damaged in transit on the driver’s paperwork, and also advise the local branch of the shipping company. We suggest opening the box in front of the delivery driver if possible, making sure to photograph the packaging as well as the order itself as you unpack it and check off the items inside the package against the invoice/packing slip. Note on the invoice which items are missing or damaged, and photograph any damages.

If this is not possible, please contact us as soon as possible at to discuss the evidence required for insurance claims.
