This is a listing for one lot of vintage art glass bugle beads- size 5- in a medium cobalt to cornflower blue with a shiny silvery metallic finish. These beads have a subtle silvery sheen over the blue base. If you look at these beads in the light, you will see that the base is a brilliant blue with this fabulous finish on top. These vintage bugle beads are the standard number five size- #5 size. I purchased these over 25 years ago, and I have no idea when or where they were manufactured. I am guessing Czechoslovakia.

All items from ForetTwo are shipped to domestic US customers via USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory.

Everything is packed as securely as possible. Anyone can request a shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Two Day mail or USPS Express Mail. Please make the request *before* purchase so the shipping/insurance fee can be adjusted. USPS is our default shipping carrier. Shipping/handling fees will be adjusted accordingly.

At this time, ForetTwo is shipping to domestic US customers only. I might make an exception on a case by case basis for international buyers. There is a $25.00 surcharge on any international shipment as well as postage and insurance fees. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes in your country.

All items are shipped with full insurance and delivery confirmation. You may opt out of insurance on request *before* you place your order. Larger orders are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Small Box and include full insurance and delivery confirmation.

Payments

ForetTwo accepts PayPal (which means all credit cards, debit cards etc are payable through PayPal, and you don't need a PP account to make payments) and Etsy Payments which work pretty much the same way.

Completion of payment is expected at the time of purchase. If you want to make arrangements to reserve an item or to have a discount applied, please message me with details *before* checking out. Items will be listed as RESERVED for 24 hours only.

ForetTwo is now encouraging US customers to pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check as well. The general turnaround time for a Money Order/Cashier's Check which is mailed ASAP is 4-6 business days for you to receive your purchase. I expect buyers to get their MO or Cashier's Check in the mail as close to the time of purchase as humanly possible so we can keep things moving. I appreciate a quick message to confirm when payment has been sent. As soon as your MO or cashiers check clears, your order will be shipped. If I have not received the MO or Cashier's Check within five working days, you will get one reminder before I cancel the sale.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are final. Items may be returned for a shop credit less a 15% restocking fee. You will know immediately if you wish to return an item. I must be notified within three days of your receiving the order. Items must be shipped back to ForetTwo via USPS in perfect condition with the same insurance and delivery confirmation as your initial purchase included. Ship within seven working days of receipt and send me the confirmation number for your delivery confirmation. Your shop credit will be applied to a different item of your choice. Any balance due on items exceeding your shop credit plus the usual shipping and insurance charges apply. NOTE: Returned items must be shipped via USPS with a delivery confirmation and full insurance.
