Most orders shipped within the USA are shipped via US Postal Svc. If item is small, I may ship via US Postal padded envelope. Large items will require extra postage. If I overestimate shipping cost by more than $2.00, I'll refund the difference. Let me know if you need an item expedited so we can discuss shipping cost.
As a rule, I ship within 48 hours of payment.
* I do not automatically charge for insurance. Shipping does not include insurance. Let me know if you'd like to be charged for insurance.

Payments must be complete on the day of purchase.
Orders will only be sent after payment is received.

Returns & exchanges
Please ask questions before you buy and I will answer all of your questions honestly. I will gladly take additional pictures, provide close-up shots, or provide more info about the item (if possible). I WANT you to be happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied when you receive your item, PLEASE EMAIL ME WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT so we can discuss. If we are unable to resolve, I may offer an in-store credit for the value of your purchase. Refunds will only be issued if item is returned to me (undamaged) within 2 weeks of receipt. You must pay freight.
* DAMAGE - I cannot be held responsible for any package that I mail to you after it leaves my hands unless you purchase insurance. I make every effort to package your order with care.
* FILM SHOOT - Merchandise returned after being used in a film shoot (or buyer decides merchandise "isn't right" for film shoot) is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. 25% of purchase price (excluding freight)
