For wool items, dry clean, spot-clean, or gently hand-wash in cool or room temperature water with wool-safe wash only when needed (recommended). Water that is too cold, warm, or hot may "shock" the item and cause it to felt. Do not rub the wool abrasively against itself as this may also cause it to felt. Gently wrap the item in a towel and squeeze out the remaining water, but do not wring. Reshape and lay flat to air-dry. For details, see individual items.
