This is a handmade product I made specially for you! ;)

Henna has been a part of my life since my childhood. I use the best ingredients to make a high quality henna paste. The recipe was passed by my ancestors. This way I can provide you the best experience with henna.

How to use the henna bottle?

This henna bottle is perfect for anyone who already has some experience with henna application. If you are a beginner, I recommend you to start using the henna cones, as they are easier to handle.

If you like the henna paste more thin, you can put a little bit of distilled water according with your preference inside the bottle and shake well.

Our henna bottles are ready to use. You just need to make a design on your skin and wait 2-4 hours. After that you need to scratch the paste off and avoid water contact for 12-24 hours for best results. The longer the henna stay on skin, the best stain is obtained.

How to store the henna bottle?

Keep the unused henna in the fridge (valid for 1 week) or place it in the freezer (valid for 3 months).

Do I really have to wait so long to have my Henna Tattoo?

Yes, you have. If you are looking for a product that give you an instant and dark color in 5 minutes, please, don't make me loose my time and DON'T BUY my 100% Natural Henna Cones. Henna that promisses that is not actually Henna. It's a paste with a lot of chemicals including PPD (para-phenylenediamine), that can arm your health.

PPD (para-phenylenediamine) it's a dangerous ingredient that can cause severe skin blistering, itching, swelling and scarring, but can also lead to liver and kidney damage/failure, asthma, cancer and even death. PPD is a carcinogen and a transdermal toxin which means that it gets into your blood stream and can cause damage to your internal organs. It is also a strong sensitizer. Every time you are exposed to it you are increasing your chances of developing an allergy to it as well as to products that are related to PPD.

Please, note that, if you are placing your order outside Europe, the color of your stain will be a little lighter, since this is a fresh product and we have to consider the shipping time.

We only use 100% Natural Henna. Safety first!

Important: We guarantee the quality and freshness of our Henna Powder and our Henna 100% Natural Cones, but we cannot guarantee the ease in handling the product or your stain color due your own errors when making the recipe, recipe changes or if you don't follow our aftercare instructions or other variables that could possibly make your experience less than your expectation.

Note: The color or pattern of the cellophane can be different depending on the availability. Because this product and his package are both handmade, sometimes a little bit of essential oil can exit out of the package. That doesn't mean that the product is damaged. That means that the product is 100% natural. If you notice that, you just need to pass a tissue paper on the package and it's ready to use.

Because this is a handmade piece, some imperfections can be visible. I hope you can appreciate each part of my job, even the imperfections, as a piece of art.

FAQs

Payment needs to be received in five days of placing the order. Otherwise the order will be canceled and the item will be returned to my shop. Orders won't be shipped until the payment is received.

You don't need to sign up for an account on PAYPAL to pay with your debit or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted through PAYPAL.

The estimated shipping time is the time that your item will take to reach you. Processing time is the time that I need to make your order and / or package it to go to the post office. All ready-made orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days after payment is received. For customized orders: I will start making your order as soon as the payment is received. For Portugal, I can send the items by Registered Postage or by Standard Postage without a tracking number. It will depend on the item cost. For more informations, please send me a message. Please pay attention to estimated shipping time. If you don't receive your item after the estimated shipping time, contact me asap.

For customers outside Portugal, I ship all the items with a tracking number using the Blue Mail option by the Postal Services of Portugal. US customers can track the items at USPS Tracking® (https://tools.usps.com/). Customers from other countries can track the items at Packagetrack (https://www.packagetrackr.com) or other similar platform. To USA costumers and some other countries: Orders with more than 2 pounds doesn't include tracking all the way to the destination. All international shipments with tracking will be tracked at least until they depart the International Service Center (ISC), only. If you are not confortable with this, please send me a message and I can ask a quotation to another international carrier.

No, we don't have a physical store at the moment. All orders are sent by mail.

Unfortunately, if the item is returned to the sender because you gave us a wrong adress we cannot assume any responsibility and you will have to pay extra shipping if you still consider to receive the item. If the error was caused by us, we will assume the future shipping costs.

If you have a claim about your order not being delivered after the estimated shipping time, please send me a message. I can check the situation with the post office, but it will take some time. According with the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union, the destination country may answer to a claim within a period of three months from the day following the day of inquiry. These are international rules established with several countries. So, it's not in my hand to receive a quick answer. But of course, if it will be proven that the situation is not a customer fault, I will process a refund after I receive that confirmation.

If I have to make an exclusive design to your item: 1. I will make your design and I will send a proof photo to you (if applicable); 2. If for some reason you don't like the design and it's not possible to me to make arrangements on it or if you don't answer my messages, I will cancel your order and give you a refund of 80%; 3. If you aprove the design, and only after that, I will start making your item. 4. Once I start making the item, I will not accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations; 5. Once I ship the item I will give you a tracking number. Actual colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions. If you have any doubt about what you are ordering, please send me a message.
