All items are sent from Switzerland by Swiss Post. Unless mentioned in the description, all shipping prices quoted are "Economy" rates - the cheapest option. "Priority postage" (2 - 7 days depending on the country) is also available but is more costly. Just send me a message before buying and I will be happy to update the postage price for you. Track and trace (registered mail) is only available with Priority Post. This costs an additional CHF 6.00. Please message me before buying if you would like this option.
I am happy to send an item as a gift to a third person including a personal note if required. Just add gift message or gift wrap at checkout.
If, due to my error, you have received the wrong item, I will issue a full refund of the return shipping costs (as well as cost of item). If you just wish to return an item because it's not what you wanted or you simply changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be payable by you.
As it is difficult to predict combined shipping costs, I will be happy to refund any postage charges where I have over-estimated the amount by more than $3.
All items come nicely packed and fragile or electrical items will be well-protected and supported. I do re-use boxes and packing materials.
