Payment and shipping: All the packages are ready for shipping in 2-5 days after payment. Standard international shipping takes 3-4 business weeks. Expedited shipping takes 10-14 days, costs extra ( usually USD 20-25 ) and differs for each country. Contact us to order expedited shipping.
We accept Pay Pal and credit card payments through Pay Pal. All major cards are accepted. You can pay through Pay Pal even if you DON’T HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT.
Payments are expected immediately upon checkout. Transactions that are not completed within 24 hours will be cancelled.
All parcels will be shipped to the address you have submitted either via Pay Pal, or in additional notice to me. PLEASE, BE CAREFUL WITH THE ADDRESS, as I can’t be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address.
MINIMUM ORDERS We do not have a minimum order requirement for our laser cut pieces.
PRICING We are a full custom design studio, so in addition to the items you see in our shop, we can create all of the inserts, accessories and party goods that you may need.
Digital printing will be your most economical choice under 100 quantity.
OVERAGES AND RERUNS
Make sure you calculate your quantities to include at least 10% more than anticipated. You would be surprised how many requests we get after we ship for “10 extra.”
We normally ship within 7-10 Business days (excluding National Holidays), but during peak season and on complicated/large orders, our turnaround time may increase to 15+ Business Days or more. Please make sure you allow enough time for adequate production time and shipping time when placing your order. If you make changes after we start production, it may affect the turnaround time and shipping charges.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS
You will be delighted with your order! But should something go amiss, please let us know within one week of receiving it so that we can make it right. We cannot accept any returns except incorrectly shipped items.
Be sure that you have specified the correct mailing address. The cost of re-shipment is paid by the buyer, if your address was not specified correctly.
