Carteri Art and Deco accepts Direct Checkout, PayPal and Etsy Giftcards! Once Etsy has received payment we will begin working on your purchase. We welcome custom orders! Once you purchase the custom order listing, we will then begin working on your item in the order in which it was received.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are done a case by case basis. Communication with the shop owner is necessary. Once your purchase is delivered you have 7 days to contact the shop owner about a possible return.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders!
If approved by the seller alterations to orders after they are delivered are accepted but the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If an exchanged is approved by the seller the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
In the event that the seller approves a refund, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the refund will not be issued until the return is delivered to the seller undamaged.
For products that arrive damaged or disassembled we require that the buyer send us a picture of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging within 72 hours. This is necessary for claim purposes with the Post Office as well as for a replacement. After this information is received we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Canceled Orders: Cancelled orders are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase. Once the restocking fee is deducted the seller will then refund the remaining amount of the purchase price.
Carteri Art and Deco is more than happy to make a one of a kind custom order for you! Custom orders may not be exchanged for another product, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if canceled after 24 hours have passed since purchase.
