PLEASE READ ALL SHIPPING & CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY: • We try and ship all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. • Items are shipped to the address provided on your Etsy order • Occasionally we have back-orders, if you have an item on back-order we will always notify when you place your order, we can either ship your order complete and send the back order, cancel the back order and ship what is ready, or hold the order and ship it complete. Most back-orders are short time frames, usually a 2-5 day delay.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - PLEASE READ • Domestic Orders are shipped either USPS First Class Mail w/Tracking (2-5 days for delivery) or USPS Priority Flat Rate w/Tracking (1-3 day delivery). • All orders over $100 are shipped USPS Priority and are automatically Insured. Orders shipped USPS First Class are not insured. You may request insurance if you wish. • You may request USPS Priority Mail on any size of order, it must be requested at the time of checkout, you will have the option. • We will ship via other carriers if requested and if the service is available in our area, note in your order and we will follow up with an email to confirm.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - PLEASE READ (Canada & Everywhere Else) The US Postal service has stopped processing International First Class Flat Mail as of Jan 2018, It is still available as your most economical way to ship, however a USPS licensed third party processes the shipment, we cannot guarantee that the tracking will follow the package all the way thru to delivery. We ship all orders to a processing facility which processes the customs forms, they then hand it over to the postal service for delivery. Once it reaches the destination country it may or may not be scanned for tracking within the country.
•International Orders can be shipped Economy using USPS Priority First Class Mail, or if you prefer a more reliable tracking method or faster delivery you can choose an expedited USPS Package Service as an upgrade at checkout. • Orders shipped USPS Flat First Class Mail generally arrive in 14-30 days from date of shipment. •USPS Economy Flat First Class orders are not insured, Expedited USPS Package Service order are insured. • Orders shipped USPS Package Service generally arrive in 6-10 days from shipment date. •We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit that are not insured. If you wish to ship your International order with insurance, please choose the upgraded USPS Package Service insured parcel shipping method at checkout.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, convo or e-mail within 5 days from the date of delivery and ship back within 14 days of delivery date. • Items must be in the same original condition to be eligible for a refund. • We will promptly refund once we have received the return items (*except shipping costs). • Buyer pays the return shipping, Please include tracking confirmation when mail it • Returned Orders over $100 are subject to a 25% restocking fee • Special Orders or Custom items may not be returnable, this is at the shop owners discretion
• You may incur additional charges from your country's customs processing. Any customs imposed by your country on international packages must be paid by you. Please make sure that you are aware of the customs regulations in your country. We are not responsible for any delays of delivery as this may be cause by customs or other inspection matters. Please be advised that you will be responsible for taxes as we do not collect or pay taxes for international duties.
