Yes shipping can be combined if the total weight doesn't go beyond 200grams. If weight goes beyond this, I will notify you of anything extra.

All items are presented with twine wrapped around the item and then a label tag attached to name the item. Items that may require washing in the future, care instructions will also be noted on the tag. All items are then placed in a brown paper bag with a business card, twine tied around the paper bag, and a thank you card attached to the parcel. Items are secured into a waterproof parcel ready to ship. Cards are put into a cellophane package, then carefully secured onto a cardboard backing to prevent bending. Finally the card is bubble wrapped and sent in an envelope.

If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will try to resolve the problem. Customer pays for return postage unless the product is faulty. We will only refund shipping costs if the product is faulty. Refunds will be given once we have received the item in 'as bought' condition. Please note that custom made orders are non-refundable.

International parcels may be delayed by the Customs process and once a parcel is shipped it is out of our control. If you haven't received your parcel, please contact us and we can investigate for you through NZ post immediately using the receipt number that was given to us when we shipped your item. Please note this can take time but when our customers, Roseabylily and NZ Post work together, we can positively work through the issue as quickly as possible. Generally we would very rarely face something like this anyhow. We are not responsible for a parcel if we have been given the wrong delivery address. If you would like to include tracking on an item, please notify us and we can upgrade your shipping costs to include this
