Hand dyed self striping sock yarn in 60% superwash merino wool, 25% bamboo viscose and 15% nylon for extra durability.
Each colour repeat of dirty gold and silver gradients is around 25 rows on 2½ mm/US1½ needles, with standard 64 stitch socks.
This listing is for a 100 g skein containing 400 meters/437 yards of yarn. The merino wool is super soft and warm, easy to knit with and has wonderful stitch definition. The bamboo adds a lovely silky sheen and makes the fabric feel cooler - perfect for warmer weather. The nylon content makes the yarn hard-wearing so you can have your socks for years and years.
Machine washable on gentle/30°C. My yarns are dyed with professional acid dyes and thoroughly rinsed after dyeing, however slight bleeding may occur the first few washes, so please wash separately.
I share my home with two cats, and although I try to keep the yarn and the kitties separate, I cannot guarantee that the yarn is completely free of cat hair.
I try to represent the colours as accurately as I can, but please keep in mind that all monitors differ, and that the colour you see on your screen may be slightly different from the actual colour of the yarn.
