Yes, all of our shipping options comes with tracking number and all of them are insured (EMS and Standard Shipping insurance policy differs). we will provide you with the tracking number once shipping is completed. However in rare cases where we need to send a separate parcel due to certain issues, we reserve the right to choose any shipping method even those without tracking number. Please refer to item No. 4 and No.6 in the Announcement Section for more related information.

Delays during shipping might occur depending on country. We ship parcels via Japan Post. Responsibilities are then passed onto the respective country's courier service such as USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post etc upon arrival at destination country. Unfortunately, we do not have any control when it comes to delays. Please enquire at your respective courier service with the tracking number provided. As much as we would like to get the items to our beloved customers as soon as possible, unfortunately we are neither involved in the delivery process nor the customs clearance procedure. We do not have any control over the delivery process and the speed of the customs clearance. If it's still showing in customs after days, please make an inquiry at your national courier service. The customs strictness level varies according to country causing longer clearance time. There are also other reasons. At this point, all responsibilities are passed onto the respective country's courier service. They will be able to track the parcels much faster than Japan Post. However, if they were not helpful. We will open up a case via Japan Post on our end.

We will not be liable if items received are damaged due to Post Office Personnels' negligence. However, if you paid via Paypal, you are insured. You can proceed to open up a case with Paypal and we will work with Paypal to solve the case. Japan Post is unable to update the status unless Canada Post updates the status on their end.
