Fritzi Brod Flowers To Color Art Set by Platt & Munk. Fritzi Brod was born in Prague in 1900 and was a successful textile designer when she moved to Chicago at the age of 24. She became a well-known Chicago artist before her death in 1952. She did the illustrations for this 1951 Platt & Munk Co. art set. Included is the Birds to Color book which provides a color illustration and information on each type of bird. There is also a complete set of vintage coloring pencils from the American Pencil Company. Such a wonderful set! This is all still in the original box. The set has been used but the box is still like brand new. 11 of the flower cards have been drawn on, either on the front or the back. Apparently, by a lovely little girl named Becky. Some of her drawings on the back are so cute. 19 of the cards have been untouched. The drawing pencils have been gently used but in great condition. Very Rare!
All 32 8.5" x 10.5" cards included!
