"Shipping" costs include shipping and handling. Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail/Priority Mail. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND FRIDAYS. You will be informed after payment is received of when your item is due to be shipped. If you are over-charged on shipping and handling by more than $2.00, the difference will be automatically refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.
