File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

Payments

I accept paypal and money orders. I am patient waiting on payments, however, please realize that a delay in payment means a delay in shipment. Please let me know when and how you plan on paying.

Indiana (USA) residents, please note I charge 7% state sales tax. If you check out with Paypal, this will be automatically added. For a money order total, please wait for me to send you an updated amount.

Returns & exchanges

I have been selling my items since 2003. Buy with confidence. I guarantee everything 100%. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, I will make it right, either with a full refund (on return of the item), including shipping one way OR a replacement item. On pattern ebooks, I cannot refund your money. However, email support is always included.

I do leave feedback, but please allow me some time. I generally leave feedback in batches once a week or so, rather than individually each day. Thanks for understanding this time saving measure.

Also, if you are unhappy in any way, PLEASE let me know! If you leave me neutral or negative feedback without a comment, I cannot improve! I'm not happy until you are happy!

Additional policies

If you don't see what you need in my store, please email me for a custom order.

All my items are handmade by me in my smoke-free home studio. All sewn seams are overlocked on a serger or otherwise finished appropriately. My fabrics and blanks are always prewashed to prevent shrinkage and bleeding issues.

My crocheted items are made with care with an even tension; and the ends are all finished off so they will not pull out. I select my yarns for kids and easy care. I usually use 100% cotton or a cotton/acrylic blend. I do not use wool--it makes me itch. :)
