Please understand that we offer proofs upon request for you to verify what your personal item will look like before we complete your order. This service has to be requested before or at the time the order has been placed.
No. ALL orders will be monogrammed EXACTLY AS TYPED in your order notes. If you have questions about your personalization, please message me before ordering. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will NOT be offered for your errors in monogramming instructions.

All orders mail out in 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday and excluding holidays). We are not able to start setting up the personalization for your order until we have all the details required. If we receive an order with information missing we will send you an email or convo requesting the missing info. *Please note proofing will also delay your order if it is requested.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
Color chart has been digitally made. Although the colors are extremely close to the actual vinyl colors, computer screens may display color differently. The final product may differ slightly from what your computer screen shows. If you are worried a color may not match, please order one as a sample to ensure you will be happy with the final product. I cannot issue refunds due to a change of mind on color preference.
