I am not responsible for lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address after I mail out your item. If any of the above happen please contact your local postal service provider for assistance in locating your item. If Damaged - it must be returned to me at your expense with pictures to show damage on arrival. After insurance has be collected from postal service. I will provide you with another item. You will be responsible for shipping the new item.
I do not do refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you receive an item that is damaged,notify me within 24 hours of receipt, once the damaged item is returned. I will need pictures of damaged package BEFORE OPENED, otherwise I will not be able to file a claim or issue a refund. Save all of the packaging as I will need all of this to file a claim. No refunds will be given until the original item is returned to me. Once item is marked as "delivered" by USPS tracking, unfortunately, I will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, as I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Size and Color Sometimes colors may vary ever so slightly due to different monitors. . If the item's description indicates a specific size, no refunds or exchanges will be given for a sizing issue. Refunds do not include shipping costs. You must contact me BEFORE returning any item for any reason. It should be sent back with shipment tracking so the item doesn't get lost. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I must receive the item back in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
