We take packages to the Post Office 2-3 times a day. Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. All orders are shipped via USPS using the most cost-effective shipping option. Unlike many vinyl suppliers, we do not inflate your shipping costs. Processing times are approximate and do not reflect shipping delays caused by the carrier. Our average shipping and processing time is within 24 hours of purchase excluding Sundays, excluding holidays. Our shipping and processing times are estimates and may vary depending on volume for the day. We do everything we can to get orders out the day they are placed.
Shipments are not considered lost in transit until 14 business days have passed with no scans on the package. Please allow USPS enough time to deliver your order before making an inquiry. Craft Vinyl Cottage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once reported delivered by the USPS. If you’ve received a tracking number with your order, you can contact USPS directly or visit www.tools.usps.com and enter your tracking number for an update. Please keep in mind that your order will ship to the address that appears on your invoice. It is your responsibility to be sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that have been re-directed or misplaced due to the incorrect shipping address.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is determined to be defective by the manufacturer. In this instance, you would return the item to us and we would ship it to the manufacturer for inspection. If your item is deemed fit for use, your item will be shipped back to you at your expense.We do not offer compensation for return shipping.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cancellations. Your order begins processing immediately upon receipt.
Super Cooper is our nephew. Super Cooper is a high functioning Autistic young man. He is very verbal, too verbal at times. We have always known we wanted him to work with us. He brings a lot of laughter and a new way to look at things. Keeping us on our toes. For now he works with us when he can fit us in. He is an athlete with the Special Olympics and a great bowler. Between his sports, school and camp he is a pretty busy guy. When here at the shop he helps us calculate costs, choose what to order, file, double check orders and our favorite part....he writes thank you notes to put in packages. He randomly selects which packages get a note. If you ever get a note consider yourself lucky. If you ever need a note translated let me know.

We are often with product reps, at seminars, meeting, processing freight, packing or cutting down product. We work hard to answer any questions as quickly as possible.
If you have an issue with an order you have placed with us and are missing item(s) or have any damage to your item(s) you must contact us through Etsy messages within 5 business days of your order being marked delivered by the shipping carrier or 10 business days from us sending it (whichever is later). After this amount of time your order will be considered to have been received complete. You will need to provide photo documentation, so please do not throw out ANY packaging or shipping materials until after we have helped you resolve the issue with your order. Failure to keep the materials or provide the requested photos will limit the ways we are able to correct the issue and could possibly make it so we are unable to do so.
We ship the orders as they come in. If you make 2 separate purchases on the same day we will no longer automatically combine them. They will be shipped separately unless we are contacted prior to shipment and have received a message stating you have given us permission to combine the orders. We must have a message prior to the shipping label being printed.
