Trio of pastel bonfire glass Seaham seaglass- large genuine English sea glass multi
A trio of pieces of sea glass collected by myself from Seaham beach in North East England. Seaham is famous for it's sea glass that has been in the sea being shaped for around 100 years after being dumped from the old glasswork factories up to the 1920s. These three pieces of bonfire glass have such beautiful pastel shades of pink, blue and green. Bonfire glass is glass that has been melted in an incinerator and resets before being cast into the sea, giving the glass it's distinctive bubbly appearance. All three pieces are well frosted and smooth right the way around.
The last picture shows this piece compared to a UK 5p, which is roughly the same size as a US dime. They are all on average 1.6cm long.
I have a wide range of seaglass in all manners of colours and sizes, so if there is something in particular you are looking for, message me and I can look through my stash!
