Unfortunately no, Ewe For You does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. All Sales Are Final!

Once a skein of yarn has left our facility Ewe For You can no longer guarantee or sell the product as "NEW". For this reason all products sold by Ewe For You yarn are "All Sales Final". A few reasons for this policy are: * People have been known to buy a single skein of yarn to finish a project and then only use a small amount. Then they will try to return the unused as a "new and unused" skein of yarn. This dishonesty makes it harder to keep prices competitive and could lead to increased prices to the consumer. So we just say no. * Because yarn is made in an endless range of fibers and blends it likes to pick up things such as animal hair, smoke smell, dirt, and any other unpleasant thing yarn fibers will pick up.

First off, this has never happened and I have shipped hundreds of packages. BUT if you were the unlucky first to receive the wrong order Ewe For You would exchange the purchase for the correct items as long as the following terms have been met: * Photo evidence of the mistake and e-mail conversation must be initiated by the buyer to Ewe For You * The item(s) much be returned in new and undamaged condition. Buyer is responsible for safe repackaging of the items and pays return shipping. * Once everything is received at our facility and confirmed to be in new/unused condition and is clean from all outside contaminants Ewe For You will exchange for the correct item or issue a refund if an exchange is not available.

If there was a mistake made on the order you received from Ewe For You The BUYER pays return shipping. Once the item(s) have been received and confirmed in new condition Ewe For You will issue a full refund (including original shipping charges) for all items returned. If an exchange is made, Ewe For You will pay for the shipping of the correct item(s) to the buyer AND refund the ORIGINAL shipping charges paid on the original order. Keep in mind, if an exchange is made ONLY THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES paid during checkout at the time the order was placed will be refunded. Refund will not be issued for shipping incorrect items back to Ewe For You. All incorrect items must be pre-approved for return by Ewe For You.

Before returning anything to Ewe For You you must contact us either through our website, direct e-mail (alyssa@paxtonspromise.com) or through Etsy Convo. To be considered for exchange or return your message must include ALL of the following. - your order number -the date of your order -a written description of the mistake that was made - Photo "proof" of the mistake Once it has been established that Ewe For You was at fault a return authorization code will be provided. This code MUST be included, legible and easily visible on the outside of the package. If this code is not on the package the package will be returned to sender. This code MUST be on the package to be accepted by Ewe For You.

Special orders are available!! Any color of any line by any brand we carry that is currently available through the distributor (That's A LOT)! Here are some links to companies/distributors available through Ewe For You. Please keep in mind not ALL these yarns listed on these websites may not be available for purchase for resale. Most of them are but a handful are not. An example off the top of my head. I know Lion Brand LB Collection is not available for purchase or resale. Another Example is anything discontinued from the catalog I order from but still available for sale on the distributors official website, such as a discontinued color.

This has never happened to me before but you never know so here is what you do if your package is lost or damaged. If your package is shipped and tracking doesn't show up immediately it is partly because of our local post office. Give it a couple days and tracking usually shows up when the package arrives at your local post office. Once a package leaves our facility and gets dropped off at the post office Ewe For You is no longer responsible for what happens in the post office's possession. If you are concerned with the loss of a package or damage to your product I highly recommend adding insurance to your shipment. This will allow a claim to be filed and funds to be recovered in most cases.
