This listing is for your custom embroidery's digitizing fee.

In order for us to embroider your design we must convert it to an embroidery file. This is a one time fee per design. If you order the same design again you will not have to pay this fee again.

Please send your designs in high resolution or in vector format (RECOMMENDED). If your logo/design is complex we may charge an additional amount.

There are no returns on custom orders once the order has been produced. If you would like to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Thank you!
