Enamel Warehouse is not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to purchase insurance, you must request it before we print the label. Etsy provides a tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office about loss, delay, or damage.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING DIRECTLY FROM THOMPSON IN KENTUCKY - I try to carry the most commonly ordered Thompson products & enamels in my stock, but it is impossible to carry everything they sell. IF an order includes items that I do not list that need to be shipped directly from Thompson, customers may experience a one to two week delay in receiving their orders due to backlogs at the Kentucky facility. Items I carry in my shop are processed immediately and shipped M - F within 24 hours. Shipping from Thompson is usually more expensive than from Enamel Warehouse. They ship UPS. Enamel Warehouse ships USPS and will choose the cheapest shipping method such as USPS flat rate. We always refund excess shipping charges!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Yes, we ship outside the US! Etsy sets the shipping charges based on the weight of the order. We always refund any excess shipping charges!

If you want to purchase items that are not normally carried in my shop, I reserve the right to require payment in full prior to placing an order with my supplier.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds/exchanges happily done within five days of shipment arrival. I package enamels and supplies very carefully. Please send photo of any damaged items in the packaging with your replacement request.
