Orders to Saudi Arabia can only ship via USPS First Class Mail if under $50 according to their postal regulations. Please be aware you may need to print out your invoice to show to the P.O. there to prove value (I include value on customs form but have had issues with this in this country). I am not responsible for other countries not abiding by their own written regulations and no refunds will be given for non-delivery of packages proved shipped by U.S. tracking and not delivered despite meeting regulations. Non-custom items I receive returned in good condition will be credited for purchase price minus fees and shipping will not be refunded except in case of seller error.
I accept PayPal (you may pay via credit card or bank transfer via PayPal) and credit cards via Direct Checkout. If these are not possible for you I will consider personal checks and money orders for orders over $50, however I will not ship for 7 days or until payment clears. Sales tax will be applied for California residents in accordance with local law. Taxes are charged on item only, not on shipping or insurance. Customs, VAT or other fees due to destination country are the SOLE responsibility of buyer and not included in purchase price. Cancellations may be accepted if no work has begun, minus any non-refundable fees.

Returns: Custom and personalized orders are NOT returnable except in the case of damage during shipping, see above. I accept returns on all other items postmarked with seven days of receipt for a refund of purchase price, excluding shipping and minus nonrefundable fees I am charged by PayPal and Etsy. Buyer pays original and return shipping, except for cases of seller error (e.g. you receive the wrong item), in which case I would assume any additional shipping costs incurred by my mistake.
Custom orders welcome, please convo me with your request. Processing times may vary, let me know with your request if needs by a particular date. Please note that coupon codes are not valid on custom orders.
