I use calculated shipping rates to charge the correct postage. If you feel it has miscalculated, please let me know and I will check into it.
U.S.A. - USPS First Class; Delivery Confirmation will be provided.
CANADA / ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL - USPS First Class International;Delivery confirmation is provided for shipments when available (this depends on the Postal Service). Items CANNOT be designated as gifts. Customer responsible for any related customs fees.
All items will ship within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment.
I accept PayPal, Direct Checkout, USPS money orders and cashiers checks. Your items will ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of cleared payment.

Returns & exchanges
For both refunds and exhanges, item must be new and unused. Used yarn is not accepted for return or exchange.
Refunds - Accepted within 7 days of receipt, less shipping. Return shipping is also buyers responsibility. Please contact me prior to returning so that I am aware it is being returned and the reason. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item to seller. (Delivery confirmation recommended)
Exchange - Allowed within 7 days. Please contact me prior to return so that I am able to process the exchange and hold your new replacement item(s) pending the return of original item(s).
Items lost or damaged in shipping: These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me so that we may work together to resolve the situation so we are both satisfied.
If you have a certain colorway you are looking for, let me know. I am happy to make custom colors, but they will be limited by the availability of colors on hand. I do try to keep a good stock of all colors that become available to me.
To request yarn support, please send an email to sherkness [!at] gmail.com with a proposal that includes the following:
• A description of design, including sketches. • Include the yarn blend, quantity, and colorway(s) you are requesting. • Timeframe for when you’d like to receive the yarn and publish the design. • Links to previous designs or portfolio if available. • Provide a name and address for shipment.
Once the proposal has been reviewed we’ll contact you with any additional questions or when you can expect your yarn.
As of 2017, there will be a limited number of wholesale accounts available to Brick and Mortar stores. Please send a message with your shop info for consideration.
