Beautiful wooden weaving comb / tapestry beater handmade using reclaimed wood in New Mexico.
Weaving combs fit comfortably in your hand and have sharp, smooth, points for easy tapestry work on a variety of weaving looms.
As weaving combs are made using reclaimed wood by Jim Hokett, they may vary from pictures shown as each are entirely unique. Please select from Dark wood, Zebra (striped) wood, Red wood, and Medium-Light wood (as pictured from left to right).
All weaving combs are signed on one side, as pictured, with wood type and artist signature.
Dimensions: approx. 3/8" x 1-1/2" W x 6" L There are about 5 tines per inch, or 6-7 tines per weaving comb.
This is my second comb in this style, and I love it! It's the perfect weight and size for daily use.

The packaging was great. I like the fork it’s does it’s job and the wood is pretty. Not as smooth as I thought it would be but that might be a good thing so gripping is better and there is something scribbled on the handle.
