I will ship packages via the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs do including shipping, box, all packing materials , other misc. costs to ship the package and insurance is provided . Claims will be the responsibility of the buyer to file and do.
If you order more than one item, combined shipping and charges will automatically occur on your order. Unless it is stated that one of the items you are purchasing is to ship separately.
This is a small Family run Boutique, I do charge actual postage/shipping fees. My prices for the items are reasonable and I do not over inflate them to help cover postage.
I can ship out of the country also, on an individual basis. Please, keep in mind it is expensive to do so usually 2-3 times or more than what it will cost to ship with in the USA. Also when an item ships out of the country: Customs forms must be filled out. I will be responsible for that but you are responsible as to what you may have shipped to you in your country.
I normally ship out on Tuesday's during the week. If you need something special done, send me a conversation thru the Etsy system. Before you order, so I can let you know what can be done or not be done. All items will ship out of Georgia. I do ship things out as soon as I can.
I accept payment thru Etsy by credit card or pay pal. I can reserve an item for you for a couple of days, until you able to make the purchase. Send me a conversation thru the Etsy system if you wish to do this. Payments must be received and be completely processed before any thing will be shipped.

Additional return information
The simplest thing I can say, is for you to be sure of what you want. I will answer any questions and send more pictures if you need. Second is for you to be sure that you give the correct shipping address, if you have moved be sure to update the Etsy system with you current address.
My policies will fall with in Etsy guidelines, individual situations will be handled based on the circumstances. Some situations will be handled by giving a store credit less the shipping charges. An example of when this may happen is when you do not have the correct address in the Etsy system and I actually receive the item back. Then actual shipping could be repaid by the buyer or a Boutique credit will occur for the item only.
I am very careful when packaging fragile items, so that you should receive them intact but however I am not in control of how the USPS actually handles the package, once it is dropped off to them.
1. If the package ships by Priority Mail it will automatically have insurance from the US Postal Service. It is up to you as the buyer if your package has shipped by Priority mail service to file the claim with the USPS.com. It is simple and easy to do from your phone or computer. The Postal Service will send a check directly to you.
2. If the package ships by one of the other US Mail services I do add insurance to your purchase, that is provided for Etsy from a secondary insurance carrier. This is for your protection, in case the US Postal Service mis handles your package. In this case I will need to open the claim. Buyer must cooperate with what is needed to complete the claim with the secondary insurance carrier. Once the claim is complete and the secondary carrier funds me for the damages, I will then credit you back thru Etsy in the form that you paid.
I can do some special orders but will depend upon the item and availability of the fabrics. A lot of the items are one of a kind.
