**Dashboards are sized exactly as inserts, meaning they are NOT sized down to fit inside any dashboard sleeve. If you have a Foxy Fix or Chic Sparrow vinyl dashboard, you will need to trim the dashboard down a bit so it’ll fit**

NOTE: This is single sided/white back

This cute dashboard can be personalized to have your name or you can choose not to personalize it.

Please leave a note at checkout with your name. If no name is left at checkout, I will send an unpersonalized dashboard, so please double check that you leave your choice at notes to seller during checkout.

This dashboard comes in three sizes: Pocket TN, Personal TN and B6 (These may also be used on ringbound planners!)

Each dashboard is printed on smooth, premium 65lb cardstock paper.

This dashboard is handmade, so finished product may not be *perfect* and may not have a clean cut , as I cut around the dashboard by hand, but the finished product will be absolutely beautiful!

(Since you only receive a 1 sided dashboard, it is easy to attach this to any other dashboard you may have, you can just use transparent packing tape to attach them together)!

Shipping is a flat rate of $3.50 via first class mail with tracking. I drop off packages on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so please be patient if your order has been marked as shipped and you see no movement for a couple of days.

Shipping time is 1 to 3 weeks, but I always try to ship before the expected ship date.

Once packages are dropped off personally at the Post Office, it becomes USPS' responsibility. I have no control over how long they take to deliver packages. Most of my packages are delivered in as little as 3 business days after they have been accepted at the post office, and as long as 2 weeks after they have been shipped, so please be patient.

If it has been 2 weeks or more since your package has been shipped and there has been no movement with tracking, or have not yet received it, please contact me.

If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you didn't receive it, please make sure to contact me WITHIN 2 DAYS of the "delivered" date for me to replace your order, but you will be responsible for cost of the shipping label as I will be replacing your entire order at no cost. **If you do not contact me within 2 days, unfortunately, I won't be able to replace your order**

I will only resend an order if it has been 2 months after the ship date and ONLY if the package tracking has not updated from the “in transit” stage. If a package has been marked as delivered and you didn’t receive it, I will not be able to resend your order.

I set a 2 month window because majority of international orders take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get to their destination, and in some cases, customs holds onto packages for a bit longer.

**I have no control over how long customs decides to hold onto packages**

International customers are responsible for any and all customs charges that may occur. Total full retail price is listed on customs forms per USPS federal regulations.

Returns & exchanges

I will gladly refund/cancel your purchase within 24 hours after placing your order and ONLY if production has not yet started. If your order has already been shipped there are no refunds.

I am all about making my customers happy, so customer satisfaction is very important to me! I try my best to communicate with my customers if there are any issues keeping me from sending out myrders by the scheduled ship date.

Additional policies

Custom Changes to Listings:
No changes will be made to any listing (Unless the listing has a custom option on the drop down menu) and unless it has been discussed and approved PRIOR to placing your order.
If a note is left with a request to change anything on a listing, it will most likely go overlooked and no refunds will be granted in this case. So please feel free to message me about any custom changes you would like.
