I didnt pay attention to the size, so it was too small for my large plants, but it is as described. It will work PERFECT for the small plants ^_^

It took a while to come and I suggest to really look closely at the size so you dont make the same mistake I did! I ordered the smallest one hoping that it would be big enough to fit a small plant but they are too small.

We generally ship in 1-3 business days. We ship USPS First Class, Priority Mail and FedEx. We will decide on carrier based on volume of your package. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. If you cancel your order that has already shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If the parcel was returned to us as non deliverable-you are responsible for shipping charges. We can re send the parcel at your cost.
Expedited shipping-please send me a convo with list of items you want to order and your address and we will provide charges for expedited shipping.
Please note that parcels shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and oversees may take up to 14 days to deliver. Please be patient.
We accept Pay Pal and Etsy Direct check out. North Carolina residents must pay sales tax.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Broken/Damaged Items - We do our best to pack every order carefully. If you received damaged or broken item/s, please email us within 3 days from receiving parcel. Picture of the damaged item/s, packaging must be emailed to us within 3 days from delivery. Please keep packaging and broken item/s for 2 weeks from receiving parcel. Refund will be issued or replacement send.
Conditions of return - If you are not satisfied with our items, please email us within 3 days from receiving parcel. Items have to be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the returned item/s must be in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will accept the order back, you will receive full refund, less shipping charges. Shipping cost of sending package back is your responsibility. Custom items and air plants are not refundable. If parcel return to us as undeliverable due to address issues, it can be resend at additional shipping charges that are buyers responsibility.

If you want to add insurance and/or signature confirmation to your order, please email us before placing an order, and we will create additional listing for these services.
Air Plants IMPORTANT- we recommend that you purchase our heat pack when ordering air plants if shipment is going anywhere that is 50 degrees and below. We don't guaranty that your air plant will arrive healthy in colder months, unless our heat pack is added.
Occasionally, some items will be out of stock. We will contact you if an item is on backorder.
