Payment is expected before any item will be shipped.

If an item is delivered to you and it has been damaged during shipping because it was not packaged properly, please let me know with in 5 days of receipt. I ask that you return the damaged item to me (so that I can assess the problem) and I will gladly replace it or refund your money. I must receive the damaged item before any replacement or refund takes place.

Please make sure to carefully read all descriptions before placing an order. Feel free to ask questions. This is important because I will not be able to refund or exchange items due to being the wrong size, color, improper care, not what you expected, etc. As stated above, the only reason for a refund would be if the item were damaged during shipping. All items have been created by hand but with proper and gentle care they should never come apart. Please follow care instructions for each item.

Patterns: As all of my patterns are digital downloads, once the purchase has been made, I can not issue any refunds or exchanges. If you have a question, I will gladly help you figure it out.

If this is your first time purchasing a handmade item, please keep in mind that unlike with mass produced, machine made items, you may see yarn joins or places where yarn ends have been woven in. I do my very best to make these things discrete, however, these are also the things that make handmade items beautiful. They are proof that someone spent hours stitching your item together and put lots of love into it.
