Please make sure all of your shipping information is correct as it could delay your order if it is incorrect

I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses

Please know that the "scheduled to ship by date" is the PROCESSING time for your order PRIOR to it being shipped out and does NOT include shipping time.

If your tracking has not moved within 36-48 hours, please contact USPS directly to get an update. They will have the most recent scans, updates and can track your package to give you a full update.


I accept all major credit cards and PayPal

All sales are final and due at time of order. If you need to cancel
an order for any reason then you MUST do it within 24 hours of placing your order. There are NO cancellations after 24 hours

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Because each item is made to order, refunds are not offered. I make every effort to double check each order before it goes out the door. While it rarely happens, but IF your order does arrive and it is not what you ordered (i.e. wrong color or misspelled), please contact me and I will correct the error at no charge to you.

Additional policies

Please make sure to include all information that is requested in the notes to seller. (i.e. name, color choices, colors etc). In the event I do have to contact you for this information it may delay your order.

Each item lists what information I will need from you. In the event of needing to email you in regards to missing information, I will hold your order for 7 business days.

If I do not hear back from you within that time frame I will cancel and refund your order.
