All items in the U.S are shipped with delivery confirmation. I do not add insurance. If you would like your package insured please let me know before you order as this is an extra cost. I ship Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturday. I am not responsible for what happens after your package is picked up by USPS. If your package shows 'delivered' but you didn't get it, please check with your mail carrier before contacting me. If you have problems with your order, let me know and I will do my best to help.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I guarantee my work so if you have a problem with something you received because of my workmanship please send a picture of the damaged item. I will pay shipping for you to return it to me and either give you a refund or fix the problem. I cannot guarantee what happens in transit. If you do have a problem please contact me before leaving a review so I can work with you to fix any problems you may have. I strive for great customer service and my goal is for you to be happy with your purchase
I use various metals in the items I make. Some items are plated metals and will some times tarnish. If you see any tarnishing you can use any tarnish remover (I use tarnex).
