This Australian native is a plant or hedge that has both color and texture. Leaves present themselve in a trifoliate manner much like three fingers. These lanceolate leaves have purple undersides that give a distinct look that is spectacular.
It is an exceptional accent shrub or small tree for warm, dry climates. Clusters of small purple blooms are born on inflorencence spikes that give it's common name Arabian Lialac. They are then followed by small black berries.
