If you need your item sooner, please select the "Rush Processing, Priority Shipping" option under shipping upgrades upon checkout. Also, note your need by date in the notes section. I will contact you if I can't get it to you in time and will issue a refund. Please message me if you cannot find the processing time or have any questions at any time.
All items are shipped via USPS.
Express and Priority Mail is also an option at a higher charge, if needed.
If for any reason USPS is unable to deliver your package and is returned to me, you as the buyer, will have to pay the re-shipping fee.
I ship to Etsy addresses so please make sure it is correct!
If there is no payment or contact within three days of purchase I will void the transaction and re-list the item.

Additional return information
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with non-custom orders (see below), please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item, and I will gladly refund to you your money (minus shipping fees)
No refunds on custom order items, items with names/dates included, items with specific color or closeouts

Closeout items are sold as shown, no color substitutions. If you would like another color, please see my other items. They are samples that are already made and ready to ship. The quality of these items is the same as my other items.
