We always try to process orders within 1-2 working days, however we cannot guarantee how long it will take to get to you once it has been posted.
We have now decided to change our postage methods and will be using Royal Mail tracked and signed for services for all international orders that are over £20 in value. This has resulted in an increase of postage charges, especially for international deliveries, but we feel it is best for ourselves and our customers. For parcels in the UK we generally use the Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Orders may only be cancelled if the fabric has not yet been cut.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We cannot refund fabric once it has been cut for you, unless there is a demonstrable issue with the quality of the fabric, in which case please contact us as soon as you can so that the issue may be resolved.
We cannot discount VAT for customers outside the UK, but we can provide you with a VAT invoice upon request so that you can claim it back in your own country.
