TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow 4-7 business days once your proof is approved for production and processing. Shipping occurs AFTER production takes approximately 3-6 business days once shipped. We cannot guarantee a shipping date if shipping via USPS. We do not offer rush production however we do have upgraded shipping options if you need your item sooner. Please contact us if you are needing an item quickly and we can discuss your options.

PROOFING

In order to stay on top of your turnaround time, responding quickly to your proof is necessary. We will send you your proof within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. We will send your proof via Etsy conversation. If we do not hear from you within 2 business days of sending your first proof we will contact you again via conversation and if no response again via email. If we do not hear a response after 5 business days, your order will go to production, as is. Delayed proof approval will result in an increase in your production, processing and shipping times.

STAMP CARE + STAMPING TIPS

Stamps should be wiped clean with a damp paper towel after each use. For ideal stamping, apply the ink pad directly to the stamp instead of stamping into the pad. This will create a more even coating of ink for a nice, clean impression. Allow ink to dry thoroughly once stamped.

Cancellations requested after you have received your proof will only be eligible for a 75% refund of the purchase price due to the time spent by the us in making up the proof. Personalized and/or custom orders are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information is correct. Your approval of your proof indicats that you have reviewed and have accepted the wording and layout of your order. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, we will replace your item free of charge.
