I accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. If you want to return your purchase, just email me at clients@jewelogist.com with your order details and stating that you want to return the product. Please do not ship anything before to receive our reply which will be not later than 24 hours after to receive your email. Once I receive the items on its original packaging and in perfect condition I'll return you the total amount paid for your order, including shipping charges, except the costs of express or upgraded delivery. Only the standard shipping cost will be returned to you. Funds return will be done thru the same way we receive it.

Keeping the silver products in a dry environment and inside a box will help to avoid stains on the silver. It is better do not directly expose it to chemicals like parfums, creams or simmilars. If going to take a bath on the sea or swimming pool better don't wear any jewelry since salt or chlorine could affect it. Clean your pieces with mild soap and dry gently with a soft cloth after washing.

Even my products are usually made to order I always try to keep some of them in inventory. If I do not have ready made what you ordered I need a maximum of 12 working days to produce and ship it. Value on invoice is always the real one.

Standard shipping is thru registered mail with tracking number: Spain: 3.5 € Europe: 5.5 € Rest of the World: 7.5 € Please allow 30 days from dispatch date for orders to arrive in case of delivery delays or items being held up in customs. If you have not received your item within 30 days please contact me as soon as possible. Some countries may not offer tracking service on registered mail when parcel is on their territory.
