MULTIPLE ORDERS If you purchase one or several items of my shop at the same time, I would suggest you send me an Email to request the recalculated shipping fees and we will prepare for you a reserved listing with your revised shipping fee.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME All orders are sent worldwide by French registered airmail within 1 - 3 working days of receipt of payment.
Some orders will be shipped with a tracking number. In most cases, orders will be posted with the registered airmail, which means that the parcel will have to be signed. To avoid any inconvenience, please follow the progress of the package to ensure that you will be available to sign it. Some orders will be sent without tracking number, they do not require signatures (it depends on the size of the package).
Delivery times vary, but are generally around 10 to 14 business days for international orders. If your package takes longer to arrive, please be patient as delivery can occasionally take a little longer, especially during the holidays.
PACKAGING I want you to receive your order in great condition so every care will be taken when packing.
SHIPPING ADDRESS I will always ship to your Etsy address as provided with your order. Please double-check that all your details are correct at check out. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address instead, please provide the correct address when placing your order.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES ETC Customers outside of France are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with importing into their respective countries. Please note, international import duties, taxes and tariffs are not included in the shipping quote and are the buyer's sole responsibility. Please be aware of your country's regulations before you order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If a jewelry inadvertently breaks, I fix for 3 months after purchase. sends the charges will be your responsibility but free repairs. We are concerned that you are satisfied.
