All orders are sent using Royal Mail first class delivery. If your order is urgent, please send a convo.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Customs and other delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We complete all paperwork correctly to speed up the process, but delays can happen where customs is concerned. International orders please allow up to 45 days for your order to arrive. UK orders can take up to 14 days to arrive. If your order has not arrived during this time, please send me a convo and we can work together to resolve the issue.
We recommend that international customers add a tracked service to their order.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for payment. No order will be shipped until payment has been received in full. You have the right to cancel within 24hrs provided your item has not yet been shipped and will receive a full refund.
Returns & exchanges
Cooling off period ================== You have the right to cancel your order provided it is returned to us within 30 days of posting and in the same condition as it was sent. Orders not received within this time period will not be eligible. Please send returns via a tracked service and send us a convo before returning. Return postage costs are paid by the customer for cancellations.
Damage & losses ================ If your order is damaged, missing, incorrect, etc then please send us a convo in the first instance. We will then work with you to resolve as quickly as possible.
Where is my order? - We ship out within 24-48hrs via a signed for service for UK mail and first class airmail for international orders. Please allow time for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK) or 45 days (international) , then please get in touch
Do you do bulk orders? - Yes, if you would like large quantities than what we offer in store, please send us a convo and we can work together
Can you stock xyz? - If you would like us to stock a different colour/style/material then please send us a convo. We are always looking to increase our stock and searching out new materials
There is a problem with my order - I'm a working Mummy and sometimes mistakes can happen due to human error. Please send us a convo and I'll work with you to resolve as quickly as possible.
Can I get some advice on xyz about my business? - Yes, I'm happy to help. For simple questions please drop me a convo. I also offer a 1hr consultation service for a small fee where we can talk through your business and brainstorm ideas for going forwards.
Do you have a website? - My website is currently being built and will be available soon.
Do you sell wholesale? - At this time we don't sell wholesale, but if there is enough interest this might be something we look into in the future. We do not offer consignment at this time, but are happy to work with brick & mortar shops for stocking our supplies. Please send a convo for more information.
