Truly handmade, each napkin is individually stamped by hand. The end result is a beautiful, custom napkin that will add a special touch to your milestone event. We use only the best 3-ply napkins to bring you a quality product. Each napkin measures 5" by 5" in size. Every order is professionally packaged in plastic wrap and affixed with a product tag.

Once an order has been shipped, the post office generally delivers within the following timeframes: • Standard domestic mail = average 3-5 business days • Priority domestic mail = average 2-3 business days • First class international mail = average 3-6 weeks, depending on its destination; certain destinations may require additional shipping time. • Priority international mail = average 6-10 days delivery time, depending on its destination; certain destinations may require additional shipping time. We aren't able to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for post office delays. Please contact us with any shipping related questions and we will be happy to assist!

Absolutely! Sometimes a rush upgrade isn't necessary. Other times, we're happy to expedite your order for a small rush fee. Please convo us with your deadline and we'll work with you to make it happen!

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our items, we are not able to accept returns. In the event we do approve a return or exchange, buyer must have prior authorization, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and original shipping charge cannot be reimbursed. Items returned or exchanged must be in like-new condition, including unopened, undamaged, in original packaging, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges are not accepted based on color discrepancies. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

We happily sell to our international customers and therefore also adhere to EU consumer protection regulations. EU buyers have the right to return non-custom products by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of their order. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving evidence that the item has been shipped back to us. Buyer pays return postage.

We ship out Monday through Friday from our studio in Wilsonville, Oregon. We like to think we're speedy, our ready to ship items usually ship out within 1 business day! If you're in a time crunch, be sure to select priority shipping at checkout for faster postal transit times. In the event of a damage or missing items claim, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product and packaging. Orders returned to us by the post office will be reshipped upon customer purchase of additional postage. Items still held 45 days after the original purchase date will be discarded or donated. International shipping costs do not include customs fees, taxes, or duties.

We use premium grade balloons from reputable manufacturers. Balloons are, however, inherently fragile in nature and care should be exercised. We do not offer returns or replacements for popped balloons. If you believe you have received a defective balloon, please send us a photo within 7 days of receipt, before you inflate, so we can arrange a replacement or return.

On weekends, we take off to soak in all the family time we can get. During the week, we're all yours! Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST. We respond to all convos within 1-2 business days. Thank you for choosing Stesha Party!
